1) Contact all past clients and buyers of your listings and talk to them about refinancing. They’ll need your help since lenders are swamped. Talk to your favorite lender to make sure your referrals get “white glove” treatment.

2) FSBO’s will be feeling the same slow down as the rest of us. Contact them and show them how to improves their ad on Zillow.
