Or haven’t in a long time:

 

Hi Joe, It’s Donna from XYZ properties…

Just wanted to let you know this will be my last call if I don’t hear back from you…

My notes say I’ve left you X messages on this voice mail, sent X emails to you, and sent you X postcards without hearing back from you at all…

And if you have another Agent, I respect that.

So… at this point, I’m going to assume you’re NOT looking for my GREAT SERVICE any longer, or you’ve found someone else (sniff sniff).

If I’m WRONG and you’ve just been in the hospital… or jail… or something like that, then PLEASE give me a call or email back ASAP so we can reconnect about your real estate needs. 

I’m as excited as ever to work with you IF you want to work with me… and I want to be YOUR Agent!

Look forward to hearing from you … and if I don’t, it’s been great to know you and I hope you’ll contact me again if you ever need a great Realtor that will work hard for you!
