Especially ask for pictures of areas that have juts been remodeled or may need work. 2) Do a FaceTime call or video walkthrough with them to walk through the house and ask any questions you may have. 3) Give them a list of “To Do” items 4) Send them pictures of staged rooms to give them ideas of what to aim for. 5) You may need to do a safe walkthrough 6) Once ready do a video walkthrough with your phone or camera. 7) Hire the professional to create beautiful photos and or 3D tours.
