Unexpected pitfalls to older homes – they may be unhealthy
Interest rates will settle at 6.5% – why shouldn’t you wait? Buying a home today at $500,000 with 20% down and borrowing $375,000 at 7.25% has a P&I payment of $2558. If the market improves by 3% but rates drop by .75% to 6.5%, the P&I would be $2604 – $46 a month more than buying today!

1. Print and fill out the 2024 Business Planning Workbook. It’s in a PPT but if it looks funky to you we can send it as a PDF too. Just ask. About 1 hour.
2. When you have finished the Above Workbook, move on to the Numbers Using our 2024 Goal Setting Business Planning Excel form attached. About 1 Hour
3. And finally, Part 3. Fill out your 2024 Goals in the Numbers Tracker using the drop-down box to select the year 2024. If you are in private coaching your coach will help you with this (and all the above if you need help!) About 15 minutes if you’ve done the above!

So – big news in the verdict of $1.7 billion that could triple against several large franchises and the National Association of Realtors. What does this mean?
We don’t know.
There’s going to be lengthy legal appeals and lots of fear-mongering and “the sky is falling” and gossip.

You need to make over $400K a year to afford a home in these two markets!
Here is an example of a Misleading Headline. “The Rental Market’s Downward Slide: 5 Straight Months of Falling Rents”. However, rents are $338 a month higher than 9/2019. It dropped 1.6% in the past 15 months or $29 a month to $1747 a month.
Scam Alert- Vacant land scammers are out there. I had someone try personally.
