2017 End of Year Review

December 2017

Part 1  for Business Planning is to Complete the Year End Review document. It is a Word Doc and you may print it and handwrite on it (recommended) or type into it, arranging spacing as you go. By printing and handwriting, you are activating a part of your brain that is more creative.

Part 2 for Business Planning is to complete the Simple Business Planning form. This is an Excel Spreadsheet and you will use some of the numbers you did in the Word Document. For Numbers Tracker Clients, the rest of the numbers you need are in your Numbers Tracker. If you don’t use it properly, use your best guesses. ONLY fill in the Yellow Boxes. Blue boxes are formulas that will auto calculate. Don’t look at them until you finish ALL yellow boxes. If you use SINGLE AGENT form, there is only 1 sheet. If you are using the TEAM FORM, fill out the Primary Agent on sheet 2 and the remaining agents on sheet 3, combining them there. Sheet 1 will mostly auto fill from sheets 2 & 3, and you only fill out yellow boxes.

Part 3 for Business Planning is to Set your Goals for 2018 in “Know Your Numbers Tracker”. Go to Goal Setting tab; Select 2018; Fill in the boxes.  Next, go to Keys to your Income; Select 2018 as the Year and make the start AND end date 1/1/18.  Hit “update.” Now you can print this to see your 2018 Plan! Your Coach will help with this part!
