Message to FSBO’s who sell on their own
Congratulations on getting a contract. Best of luck with the rest of the process.
I wanted to ask you two questions. I’ll try to be quick:
1.You probably had some ” extra” buyers come through your house when it was on the market, people who may not have been the right fit for your house. Some of those buyers might not be working with an agent, and I would like to contact them and see if they would like any assistance in their search for a home. If you are ok with that and want to send me their contact information, I would like to follow up and see if I can be of service to them.
2. Since you now have a contract, can I ask where you are moving, either in the area or outside of the metropolitan area. If you are buying something, you can get a buyer’s agent to represent you and help you with the whole home buying process at no direct cost to you.
I would be happy to help you find a good agent to assist you if you have not already done so.
